If there is an urgent nature to your problem, we request that your GP fax or call us.

Fees

Please note that all fees are payable on the day of your consultation or procedure. A quote for our fee will be provided at the time that you make an appointment. We accept EFTPOS, cash, cheques, VISA or MasterCard.

We do not accept American Express.

Please note that private health insurance does not cover any procedural costs in an office-based setting, only hospital based procedures.

We are a private medical practice and do not offer bulk billing.

Medicare Rebate

The Medicare rebate is claimable provided you have a valid referral. This will only cover a proportion of the fee and a gap fee is payable. Where a biopsy or surgical excision is performed, you will likely receive a separate fee from the pathology laboratory. Some of this fee can be claimed via Medicare.

Expert dermatopathology support is vital to our practice. The more substantial surgical procedures attract a higher fee but we will generally quote prior to the procedure.
